2009 passed by like a breeze; too fast to even realize that it was finally over. The year had been a roller coaster ride of mixed emotions, some were the best moments in life, and the worst days in life were given no exception. Nevertheless, it's been overall a great year. :)

Hey peeps!

Yeah I know it's been more than a week since I blogged.

I've been occupied with jam sessions, packing, house chores and heading out to get stuff for the new house with Mum, Dad and sis.

So I've been...

1. Reading

Read both of these books within 3 days.

I hardly did anything (besides showering, sleeping, eating) in that 72 hours just to finish reading both of the books.

Yes I'm nuts. :P

And I can't wait for the movies next year!

2. Watching movies

Watched these on HBO.

I was literally laughing out loud till I fell off the couch.

That's embarrassing.

And I watched these movies at night on my laptop.

3. Getting my weekly dose of Gossip Girl on 8TV on Tuesday nights

4. Facebook-ing and Twitter-ing.

5. Trying out new recipes!

Successfully made sorbet two nights ago. No picture available, all the sorbet were gone before I managed to snap a picture. Oh well... :)

6. Listening to Nick Jonas's albums

I highly recommend "Appreciate" and "Joy To The World (A Christmas Prayer)". :)

In fact, "Who I Am" and "Rose Garden" from his album with his band, Nick Jonas and The Administration are not bad. :)

Waaay different from the songs in the Jonas Brothers' albums.

So that pretty much sums up partially what I did since my last update.

Forget about the eeeemmmmoooo post yesterday; today was AWESOME! :D A day with the scouties never fail to make me happier. :) Anyways, we rebuilt the gadget - AGAIN - since the previous one tumbled. But this is better than last time, and I've got a feeling that it'll last. :D

The school flooded in the afternoon. The water rose up to ankle length! It was a funny scene: female teachers walking barefoot, juggling in between holding up their skirts and their books, telling students to stay away from them; Form 1 and Form 2 students running around, enjoying the rain water; discipline teachers warning students not to purposely get wet under the rain; and of course, us (Sis, Denise, Zhen Ni, Johanna and I) walked around school, enjoying the flood!

What a good way to spend the some-sort last day of school of 2009. :D

Hey peeps! :)

Well, I had a looooong weekend. It's been about a month that I have looooooong weekends. Must be because we are always not home till night time on weekends due to hunting down and making purchases for our new home, which is gonna be ready by the end of the year, hopefully. :D

The new crib in renovation. :D

So yeah. We woke up early today, 9am to be exact, to hunt down and purchase furniture and other stuff. First off we head had breakfast in PJ, then off to Sungai Buloh to look for stuff for the garden. After that, Dad dropped us off at Ikea! YAY! :) It's been ages since we stepped into Ikea. :D And we had a blast there! :D Dad joined us later on when we were in the Market Hall, picking up the book shelves and chairs that we planned to purchase.

Yes, Mum and Dad got me the green one. SUPER AWESOME! They got sis the black one. It's really cool. :D

Mum and Dad dropped me off at Sunway Pyramid at around 2.20pm for Yamaha's Guitar and Drum Fair performance at Sunway Pyramid. MY FIRST PUBLIC PERFORMANCE! :D It wasn't that good actually, there were some complications here and there, but overall, I had a great time and a great experience. Plus, I made a new friend today. No, wait, it was actually yesterday, but anyways, his name is Daniel. :)

A BIG THANK YOU TO MY MUM, DAD, SIS AND MY KAWAN BAIK FOR COMING TODAY! :) AND THANK YOU TO LIESL, SHAUNA AND DENISE FOR THE TEXT MESSAGES! :P

This, is basically how I look like when I'm drumming. Always biting my lower lip.

I'll have to break that habit soon.

And I don't have to post other pictures, because I had the same expression all the way.

Aaaaaand this is not the end of my post yet. :P

I came to know Liesl when she found out that I'm Steng's twin. LOL. That was indeed a funny situation, and I remember it well! We became really good friends then, and the Farm Animals were born.

Then we got into the same class last year. I was so thankful to have a cool friend as my classmate, and I had the time of my life last year! :D We did almost everything together, except for Scouts and toilet trips. XD We had been partners in crime, played Frisbee, laughed like hyenas, sing in class, and all those talks we had! But then it came a time when we fell apart. Yeah, that made me pretty sad, cause our friendship was just torn apart within a blink of an eye. :( We no longer talk to each other that often, or do stuff that we used to do together. It felt like I'd lost someone so dear and important to me. :( In the end, we managed to pull it through, and we are friends back in no time. But it took 5 long months and she posted this post on her blog, which made me teared. :') We may have gone through a whole horde of ups and downs, but we are still besties till today.

Liesl, you're the coolest person and one of my besties. :) You've always been by my side, helping me with my probs and hear all my rants. You're super nice, and you always made my day happier! A huge THANK YOU, for everything. :)
